The Home Purchase part of my Ready, Set, Go Program provides you the assurance and peace of mind that your questions and concerns, whatever they may be, are all answered in understandable terms to you.

Ready is the planning aspect of the mortgage process. We talk and evaluate your overall financial picture including what assets you have for a down payment. We review your credit report making sure there are no mistakes or concerns that would prevent you from obtaining a home mortgage. We review your credit score. If that is an issue, we set into motions ways to increase it. By reviewing all of this information, you will know where you stand in your overall debt structure, what type of assets you will need for a down payment as well as reserves and your overall cash flow. In other words, what you can afford and what you are comfortable with.

Set is the second part of the process. Here we start discussing the different mortgage programs and which one would be right for you. And if at this time, you are ready to buy a home, you then know what you can afford and so does your realtor. I provide you with a letter of approval up to your approved purchase price.

Go is the last part of this process. You are actively looking for your new home. Once you have decided on a home and have a signed purchase and sale contract, we make final decisions on your mortgage program and lock in your interest rate. I also work closely with your realtor, appraiser, escrow, and title to make sure you close on time.

This Home Purchase of my Ready, Set, Go Program allows you to be in the driver’s seat with your biggest debt, your mortgage. This is your home and your mortgage, not mine. And the best part, the Ready and Set are free to you. And the Go is as well until your loan closes.
